The CEQA Guidelines are provided by the California Resources Agency to detail guidance on how agencies should comply with CEQA. The CEQA Guidelines are codified at the California Code of Regulations Title 14, Division 6, Chapter 3, Articles 1-20 (Sections 15000-15387).
