The
hallmark of the Central Coast Watershed Program has been its collaborative
approach to identifying local issues and building partnerships for
meaningful action at the community level. PCLF has effectively worked
both formally and informally with many organizations engaged in efforts
to implement watershed restoration action to reduce nonpoint source
pollution and improve water quality and wildlife habitat. These groups
