Water Program Manager
Mindy joined PCL in December 2003. She works on projects
to improve water management and policy in California, including
the Water For California project, Investment Strategy
For California Water.
Before coming to PCL Mindy worked briefly for the California
Department of Food & Agriculture on a project to limit
the environmental impacts of fertilizer use in agriculture.
Mindy’s interest in environmental policy developed
while growing up in Northern California. She spent the
first part of her childhood on her family’s farm
in Roseville, and then moved with her family to the town
of Lincoln in western Placer County.
Mindy holds a Bachelor’s of Sciences in Environmental
and Resource Sciences for the University of California, Davis.
She is excited to be working toward good policy in California
water management at PCL.
