Dennis Bowker was hired to facilitate and advise the three-county Coast and Ocean Regional Roundtable (CORRT) Project in 2008.

Dennis specializes in designing consensus-based processes in a watershed context. He has 30 years of experience working directly with local communities throughout the United States, as well as in Mexico and in New Zealand. He has also worked with the U. S. Congress and several state legislatures, and with federal and state agencies to develop and implement new programs that enhance natural resource stewardship. He has delivered training in collaborative resource stewardship to over 3,000 participants across the country. Dennis is a private consultant based in Napa, California.
